What is a Zumba® fitness class like? It's a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like cha cha, salsa, reggaeton, rumba along with pop and hip hop tunes you hear on the radio.
Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience! There is no wrong or right, there is just movement - have fun with it and the calories will fly off.
You can also see our dance routines on our facebook and youtube pages, if you wanted to practice the moves at home for fun.

Zumba® GOLD 55+
Low Impact Zumba®, 55+
Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
How It Works
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Class is 45 minutes, come drop in and try one out!

Here you can choose to take advantage of all our Bliss Breakdowns in one spot! If you would like a little extra help outside of class, or you want to stay on top of the new choreo, these links will help you prepare! Master the moves at home, arrive at the studio, and get your best workout in (since now you will be able to practice ahead of time) all while having a blast with our fantastic Bliss team and family. You will also be able to discover new choreo here- even before we start it in our classes!
Watching and learning these tutorials are by no means necessary! We welcome drop-in students and are always happy to answer questions you might have. We love chatting with all of you!
