Yoga Kids balances spontaneity and structure through cooperative games that encourage movement, coordination, flexibility, strength, focus, imagination and creativity all in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
Yoga helps children to develop focus and increase inner
strength and confidence. 6 week sessions are 45 and 60 minutes once per week for only $90!
