Yoga- Flow & Meditate with Tracelle       

MONDAYS @ 6:45PM                                                          

Join our instructor Tracelle for a 1 hour yoga class - flow yoga suitable for all levels of experience (including complete beginners). Let her guide you on a yoga movement journey as she focuses on each area of the body and flows through the poses. Finishing with a guided meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or big sweater for the meditation, a water bottle and any props you may want to use. We do have yoga blocks and straps on hand.

Yoga-Slow Flow to Restore with Nicole                                                          

WEDNESDAYS @ 7:45PM

Join Nicole for an hour to help you close your day peacefully. This class will be a slow flow yoga class, transitioning smoothly from one pose into another, enjoying the benefits of each and every pose. Finishing with a gentle massage.....just a beautiful calm way to end your day mid week. 
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or big sweater for the shavasana at the end, and any props you may want to use. We do have yoga blocks and straps in studio. 

All abilities welcome

A challenge for everyone is one of our pole courses or pound events.
