Ballet Bodies

Mondays and Wednesdays 9.30am

A fun combination of ballet techniques and fitness training, Ballet Bodies will leave you feeling elegant, beautiful and inspired. Each class will include elements of a traditional ballet work out with cardio, core strength and flexibility training. Open to all fitness levels and beginners to ballet are welcome!

Tuesdays 9.30am

Total body toning! This class will build strength, endurance and increase core stabilization. Multiplanar movement to work every muscles. You will feel the burn - every level welcome. Ballet inspired.

Barre HIIT

Fridays 9.30am

Low impact cardio blasts paired with muscular endurance training. Burn fat (calories) and tone the body. You will sweat and shake, and walk away feeling amazing....a little shaky....but amazing.
