This is High Intensity Interval Training!

​STRONG™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.​

With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other.

This class will 

*** Burn Fat ****
*** Build Strength***
and Push You To Your Limits!  

This is a H.I.I.T class - so expect it to have burpees, push ups, sit ups, plyometrics and more....timed perfectly to the beat!

This is class runs for 45 minutes - just the right amount of time to give it everything you have, and it goes by so fast!

Mondays at 7pm 

Wednesdays at 5.45pm
