Power Yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice which focuses more on building strength, but also improves flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body allowing for rapid results! This vigorous style of yoga moves more rapidly than traditional yoga and as such, gives more cardio output- burning a fair amount of calories and boosting metabolism. All levels are welcome, but be prepared to SWEAT and MOVE!
This drop in class will be held on Thursdays at 5:45pm with Courtney
