Love Life Hot Yoga to run a HIIT Yoga course!
H.I.I.T Yoga is a combination of high intensity interval training, using yoga moves to help focus on building strength, burning fat but also improving flexibility, balance, focus and endurance.
It tones and sculpts the entire body by working as hard as you can for 40 second intervals, and then resting with more relaxing yoga poses for 20 seconds. This class will be 30 minutes of high intensity, and 15 minutes of deep stretching to help relax and recover your muscles after your workout.
This vigorous style of yoga moves more rapidly than traditional yoga and as such, gives more cardio output- burning a fair amount of calories and boosting metabolism. All levels are welcome, but be prepared to SWEAT and MOVE!
