Functional Strength and Mobility - Beginners

This class has a Gymnastics foundation. It focuses on increasing Functional Strength in joints. This means we work in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance your everyday activities, making all movements easier to perform.

This is designed for any body at any level of fitness. We have athletes that come to this class to work on improving their range of motion in their joints, people with knee issues that work on increasing knee mobility and strength, and many students with elbow and wrist issues that strengthen those joints and more. 

It is a drop in class and is covered by our punch cards and our unlimited memberships.

Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm

Thursdays 7.00-8.00pm

Functional Strength - Over Head Bar Class

This is a specialized class for those students wants to either learn, improve on or master over head bar work such as Pull Ups, Chin ups, Pull Overs and also Ring work. 

The classes are smaller and more focused - we recommend trying our Beginners Functional Strength class first and if you are comfortable with straight arm strength training then you may enjoy this challenge.

These small specialized classes are $20 to drop into, or you can buy a 10 pack for $180. They are not covered by the unlimited membership or punch card due to their specialty.
