This Small Group Training program will be taught by our fun and enthusiastic, certified Personal trainer/fitness instructor- Michelle! Reach your goals with the individualized attention of a personal trainer and the motivating atmosphere of people working towards similar goals. Your instructor will be with you every step of the way with encouragement to reach all of your health and fitness goals! The 45 minute classes are boot camp style- full body strength training workouts.
