We want to reach out to you and let you know that we decided to make the socially responsible decision in regard to the current health issues, namely COVID19.

We know that as a community we will get through this, and we know that we can support each other to make the most of this situation. We have temporarily *CLOSED* the studio until further notice, so that we can be part of the PREVENTION of the spread. Our tribe is strong, fit and healthy, but that does not mean that everyone in the community is that lucky. Our goal is to be part of a healthy community – and that is why we are taking this step.

 

So starting from Monday 16 March 2020, and until further notice, we will not be running classes in our studio, however, we are now UP AND RUNNING ONLINE!!

Now, please don’t panic about ‘losing’ classes. Although we will be unable to offer refunds on any passes, what we will be doing is putting all memberships and courses on hold. So, if you are signed up for our Pole courses, you would have completed 3 of the 7 weeks of class. Once we re-open, the remaining 4 weeks will pick up where they left off. This will apply to Term Passes as well.

Unlimited memberships will be put on hold. However, as we don’t know how long this break will be, you may receive a notification about your membership ‘expiring’ – please ignore it. Only once we know our re opening date will we be able to apply that extra time to your pass, so once that date is decided, we will then go into the system and add on those amount of weeks we were closed for.

We will be thinking of all our lovely students in this time and sending positive vibes to you all. We will miss seeing you face to face but hope to connect with you online soon. We want you to know that we will return stronger than before, as will you, as will our community.
